Choose your dates on our booking page, and you're away. You'll get a confirmation by email with everything you need. Booking direct means no middleman and no extra platform fees — just you and us.
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. We'll send your address, directions and access details on the morning of check-in. Need a slightly earlier check-in or later check-out? Just ask, we'll always do our best around our cleaning schedule.
Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. That's our maximum, and it includes guests of all ages.
Yes. you'll have the entire two-storey, four-bedroom home to yourselves. No shared spaces, no other guests. Just room to spread out and settle in.
Life happens, and we get it. Cancel more than 5 days before check-in and you'll receive a full refund. Within 5 days of check-in, your booking is non-refundable. We always recommend travel insurance for the unexpected.
Unfortunately we have a no pet policy.
Our home is for booked guests to relax and enjoy, so parties and events are not permitted without our written permission. We also have a noise monitor and ask for quiet from 10pm out of respect for our lovely neighbours.
Yes, double garage and up to 3 hours free off street parking, so no hunting for a spot when you arrive
We're in East Victoria Park, around ten minutes from Perth CBD and close to Albany Highway's café and restaurant strip. For privacy, we share the exact address once your booking is confirmed.
A little wear is part of life and we never sweat the small stuff. But guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal use, and for leaving the home as they found it. We'll always talk to you first and be fair about it.
